LDPE/HDPE Heat Shrink Tubing

It is a 2:1 shrink ratio medical grade heat shrinkable tubing made of medical-grade polyolefin. Compared with MT2 medical tubing, it has thicker wall thickness, and can satisfy the stricter requirement of electrical insulation and the mechanical property of abrasion resistance. It is usually designed for the insulation protection of abdominal medical devices.

MTL is suitable for the shaping and welding of PEBAX, NYLON, and PU catheters, as well as the positioning welding of balloons and joints. It has axial peeling and non-stick properties. It is easy to peel off after heat shrinking and can also be peeled off after cooling. It can quickly complete the catheter molding and effectively reduce costs.
